Scole traveled to Wroxham Reserves in confident mood after going on a 4 match unbeaten run. Scole had a familiar look as Lawrence Brown returned at the back at the expense of the unfortunate Jimmy Dunkinson but Reece Lanchester had to be satisfied with a place on the bench as Ben Norton-Hugman retained his place. Ex Wroxham player Harry Browne was also called up from the reserves to complete the squad. Scole started strong with the pace of wingers Joe Hooton and Callum Bray causing problems to the'Yachtmens' defence. Front pairing Brad Hunt & Kieran Manning were also combining well and Scole's goal came after Manning cut back a good Josh Lucraft pass and Hunt hit an unstoppable right footed strike into the top corner. Wroxham had a bit of a fight back in the 2nd half and probably should have equalised through Huckerby but Scole survived and had more chances as well through Hunt , Manning and in particular Hooton who was only stopped with a heroic last ditch tackle. So the away side stood firm and through good disciplined defending and hard work came away with the 3 points to make it an unbeaten November and with the reserves also winning meant that both sides maintained an unbeaten month.
Credit to keeper Kai Hewitt & his defence of Norton-Hugman, Solley, Brown & Lanchester for a 6th clean sheet in the league this season.
Next game is another league match next Saturday (01/12/18) away at Plantation Park against Norwich United Fc U21's. 14:00 kick off.
